Yes. The $9.99 monthly price includes all taxes and tariffs. Shipping is free to any country.

Can I subscribe fortnightly or order more than one set?

Can I cancel anytime? How to return unwanted cards?

You can cancel subscription at any time, unwanted cards not need to return and if you are unhappy with your cards your last payment can be refunded. You can do it via Stripe or PayPal directly, or just send email pixiluvsubscriptions@gmail.com
